About Me

Hi! I'm Tolgahan — I graduated from Izmir Katip Celebi University's Mechatronics Engineering department ranked first in my department, and I'm now pursuing an MSc in Robotics Engineering at the same university.

I love building at every layer of mechatronics: autonomous navigation, control systems, computer vision, industrial automation and mechanical design. I'm currently an AMR Test Engineer at Bluepath Robotics, making sure autonomous mobile robots operate safely in the field; previously I worked on AI, maintenance systems and autonomous robots at Ferrero, Norm Group, Onna Robotics and HetBot in Poland.

Where I Have Worked

AMR Test Engineer

Bluepath Robotics · Kocaeli, Türkiye
  • Configured and programmed SICK safety PLCs for overall vehicle safety logic
  • Tested and calibrated safety and SLAM-based LiDARs (SICK, Hesai, Hokuyo, Leuze) and depth cameras (Intel RealSense D435i)
  • Tuned and tested industrial motor drivers and controllers (Kinco, Zapi, Roboteq and miControl)
  • Executed charge/discharge, thermal and inrush current tests on batteries (Pilsan, Birikim, Yiğit Akü, Inventus, Solion, Trojan) and tuned Delta-Q and Zivan SG3/NG3/NG5 chargers
  • Executed integration and interoperability tests for VDA5050 compliance — monitoring robot communication via MQTT and managing fleets with OpenTCS, SYNAOS and CSS
  • Debugged and monitored ROS/ROS 2 application nodes deployed via BalenaOS, with live data visualization and diagnostics
  • Configured Siemens Scalance and Moxa infrastructure for industrial wireless communication; conducted in-vehicle CAN-bus network tests
